A high-voltage political-war thriller —in that particular order— that stands as the French-language reflection of similar products coming out of Hollywood... for better and for worse.

A strange political vacuum exists in the film and the audience is left with two hours of mind-numbing French nationalism and copaganda.

Nothing impressive. Uninvolving. Lacks drama and tension.

Being particularly fond of this type of film, this one did not disappoint me. It manages to maintain suspense and interest from beginning to end. It becomes even more interesting knowing that it is based on a true story. Although I am very familiar with these issues, I am still constantly surprised that such things can still exist today. How is it that humanity is still at such a backward stage.
