One of the things that makes this movie delightful are the characters. They're all sweet and quirky, and you root for them and want them to do well, even the ones that are jerks at times. It's such a sweet film full of humanity.

Without the talent demonstrated in this film, the narrative of Antiquities wouldn't hold up on its own. A sweet, wistful piece, it is difficult to ignore the agonizingly slow way it gets to its main point - forgiven only because of a strong ensemble...

There isn't all that much here to stick to your ribs, but its smooth finish goes down like a frigid limeade on a scorching afternoon.

A smartly observed film with a sweet centre, Antiquities takes old themes and polishes them up until they shine.

Very enjoyable character-focused story. The quirky cast is charming, and the microcosm of a snall-town world feels lived-in. The leads are excellent, whether the scene is light or more emotionally weighty, and the time-lost environment of an antique mall serves the cast in search of taking steps into the future.

The film seems to be trying to be a poor version of Wes Anderson's films, with curious characters and colorful images. Antiquies fails to execute. Some interactions are so repetitive that you start to dislike the characters

Slow and boring, didn't care for any of the characters.

Every once in awhile a film comes along that just really gets my sense of humor . Really really dry and they pretty much nailed it all the way through . I understand this one won’t be for everyone but it really did it for me . I also love that it was an indie without even a critic score 4.1
