Critics Consensus

Bullet to the Head's unapologetically trashy thrills evoke memories of its star and director's proud cinematic pasts -- but sadly, those memories are just about all it has to offer.

Jarred R. @Jerosmith Jan 31, 2026 Don’t let this random Movie Title fool you. Sly is incredibly fit in this film - he was 66 when they shot this. Stallone & Jason Momoa had a fantastic fight scene near the end. Worth 90 mins of your day! See more Daniel N @Hotchopeppa Sep 30, 2025 This was great fun. No idea why it has such bad ratings. If you like Stallone you'll like this. A disgruntled hitman who's being targeted by other hitmen. Nice mix of comedy, action and one-liners. Jason Momoa also makes an awesome bad guy. See more thiago s @Thiagostone Sep 15, 2025 Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom See more William A @RT98866858 Feb 24, 2024 I don't like dander. See more Anderson O @Platinum2027 Jan 4, 2024 Creative action sequences, paces Better than I expected. It's a gun slinging mob revenge movie that moves at a brisk pace, and somewhat forgettable, the climax and final action scene was great! Rarity to see Jason Mamoa in a Villian Role but works well to me. See more Justin W @Loonsan Jul 22, 2022 Normal action affairs, nothing really fresh... See more Read all reviews
