Jared B @RT31271276 2d Too many reviewers try to compare it to the other English and Italian versions of the story. It deserves to be reviewed on its own merits and based on the spirit this director was looking to convey. That said, it's a very well directed and acted film, with a fun and entertaining interpretation. Highly recommend. See more Steven S. @G0dJester 2d While this is very good it simply pales in comparison to CODA (2021) and I don’t think it’s possible to not compare them if you’ve seen them both. I liked this movie but still I’d recommend you watch CODA instead. See more Spud I @SpudnLA 3d This is an Italian adaptation of the original La Famille Belier, rather than a remake of the English language CODA. However, there are scenes that are shot for shot, copies of CODA. I'm honestly surprised that Apple hasn't tried to stop this "remake." Even the actors wardrobe and makeup/hair are nearly exact to CODA. As for the movie itself, the Deaf family is treated to score that borders on comical which is sad because they deserve a more respectful treatment. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this version of the story. See more Dinesh K @ShrishtiK 3d One of the best movies you will see is Feel My Voice (Netflix). A teenager torn between her dreams and responsibility towards family. Natural looks, natural acting, absorbing screenplay. Very different from the usual indian or hollywood movies. The movie has emotion, drama, suspense and is well directed. It's a visual delight with an italian t Oi wn as as b backdrop. The movie is very absorbing and pulls you in right from the first frame.
