The first act does a great job of pulling viewers in. The story keeps them engaged, at least until the true threat is revealed. The third act isn’t held together as tightly, but the ending is satisfying enough.

The messaging is a little heavy handed and repetitive at times, but thanks to its candy-colored production design, evocative sound design, grotesque scabby yellow make-up, and prowling camerawork, Hive is a solid watch.

Very very strange movie, something I've never seen b4!! It was a spooky strange storyline, but kept me captivated!! I feel kinda terrified about playgrounds and other places that kids play!! Those kids were terrifying!!!

The movie was blander than the sugar they ate. The concept is promising, but the execution was terrible, like Darius's execution by natural selection. The Hive as an entity wasn't even properly explored or defined. Questions like how it propagates its infection are so vague that I struggle to pick whether it was the fluid or the sheer stupidity of the people that got them infected. I wish to add more, but I've wasted more than enough time watching and bothering to leave a review.

I did not enjoy this movie as a matter of fact it actually enraged me cause why would you not just leave after the first incident and for Darius he got what he deserved cause why would you jus sit there a watch that happen -10/10 worst hr of my life.
