The plot is pretty ridiculous, but if you’re looking for something fast that requires absolutely zero brainpower or armchair detective work, it gets the job done. Think "watch on a whim and scroll your phone at the same time" energy. Also, it claims to be an hour and 30 minutes, which feels ambitious; it’s actually closer to an hour and five. And in a twist more interesting than the movie itself, the male lead is now serving 20 years in prison for a Hollyweird Ponzi scheme. Honestly, that might be the most compelling storyline here.
