While Grammer looks and sounds the part, he’s really only here to grandstand in a few key scenes, leaving the rest of the film to periodically labor through a few minutes of strained dialogue before it sets up its next random gunfight.

It may not reinvent the wheel or bring anything new to the landscape of WWII films, but Murder Company does add two wonderful performances to the resumes of Moseley and Marini, which are worth the price of admission in their own right.

Started to watch it and stuck with it but it's horrible for anyone who expects any sort of realistic war movie. Acting is blah, plot is silly at best, battle scenes are unbelievable and make US soldiers out to be experienced (which they were not at this time in history). They left out the entire other part of the invasion element including the Brits & Canadians. The weapons used are laughable. The idea that 6 soldiers and one French assassin could take out close to a 40 Germans Infrantry soldiers at that time is ridiculous. Overall acting was poor. It's gonna be a hard watch for anyone who wants something based on something believable. I honestly cannot believe the amount of people that gave this good ratings. Blows my mind. There are so many other good war movies to watch. I'd skip this one!

While not a bad film, this is NOT based on truth. Even the opening title was wrong. It wasn't just USA's invasion of France, it was also the Canadians, British, Free French and others involved. In the All American airborne there were no Black soldiers, the US had a segregated army at the time. So many other historical inaccuracies too. As a film it's good, as for teaching about this mythical Company, it's all bs. If anything, the British SAS/SRS were dropped into France a day before. The weather was horrendous around then, so there'd be no Airborne drop.

Considering the tepid reviews I wasn't expecting much but it was a nice surprise and well done. I was engaged the whole film. It's definitely worth the watch.

Horrible movie, I would not recommend it to anyone. Acting was bad, special affects were bad and the storyline was bad. Don't waste your time too many other good war movies out there. Such a shame I had high hopes.

Not a bad film, although better military advisors could have been used. But for the history of it the being a mixed matched PTL is accurate. Not knowing where they were also accurate. But not bad over all
