A older woman should not portray a young, naive, and obedient woman. Drinking and eating because a man says so. This is what I'd expect a young female to react. Taking a woman anywhere you want against her will is NOT romantic. And the kiss...grossest thing I've ever had to watch! I watched this movie hoping she'd say something a married mother would say, you know, "who tf do you think you are?" If the guy was attractive, it might've worked. I guess they think any man with a French accent can sleep with any American woman. I've never left a review on a movie before until now because this was beyond terrible. The romantic side is subordinate to what seems to be a tour of expensive hotels and restaurants. The acting is good, but the film lacks anything much of a plot.
