Alejandro E @Alex970 Sep 19, 2026 What would happen if you threw *A Fistful of Dollars* and *Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas* into a blender? You’d end up with this rather mind-blowing animated western about a ‘brave little tailor’ sort of hero who saves a town plagued by water shortages. Although it looks more like entertainment for adults, the whole family can watch it without any problems. It’s strange that, despite winning awards, the producers haven’t released anything new to date. See more Jack L @Jack-o-lantern Sep 5, 2026 I love this movie. It’s one of my favorite animated movies ever. I think this movie is a very underrated masterpiece that could’ve easily gone wrong in every way possible, but it does the opposite. The story and the characters are fabulous and rattlesnake is one of my favorite villains of all time. Such an amazing movie that should be given a chance at least once. See more Strabby C @RT92871562 Jul 25, 2026 I just watched Rango. It's a beautifully animated film that doesn't merely poke fun at Westerns, but genuinely respects them. Rather than mocking the genre, it uses it as a solid foundation and pays homage to it in all the right ways. It's great for children, who can simply enjoy the funny chameleon and the colorful cast of desert animals. At the same time, it's equally entertaining for adults, thanks to its witty dialogue, wordplay, and countless references that keep you engaged from beginning to end. One thing I particularly appreciated was how the film presents the desert ecosystem. It introduces children to the relationships between different animals and even touches on environmental issues, such as desertification caused by cities diverting water away from nature. That's probably one of the best compliments I can give a movie: if it works equally well for both of us, it must be doing something right. An easy 8/10. See more diogo13 T @Tua_mera Jul 12, 2026 Visually understated and with an excellent Western atmosphere, though the story loses some momentum and pacing midway through. It is a creative and bizarre animation that entertains, even if it isn't to everyone's taste.
