The Solid Gold Cadillac is a made-to-order film for Judy Holliday, an amazing actress who perfectly justifies the operation.

Judy Holliday, younger and prettier than the character in the stage production, is no less amusing in her custom-tailored role as warmhearted Little Miss Nobody who tangles with a squad of big-business bandits.

Not a fan of Judy Holiday at all with that high pitched voice and her characters confidence beyond her intelligence. Seems like they could have really made something special being a little less obvious with a lead that snuck up on the bad guys instead of the frontal attacks.

Total fun. We laughed repeatedly. It put a smile on our faces. Judy Holliday was perfect.

We just watched this tonight movie tonight. There’s subtle clues throughout the movie and it all ties in together at the very end. It’s one of those films that made spontaneously clap with the surprise ending. Judy was superb in this role. It was excellent!

Cute comedy where a common girl takes on a corrupt corporation. Well anchored by a charming Holliday.

Dated but Ms. Hollday's charm and enough decent gags make it entertaining. A happy ending stolen in large part from Miracle on 34th Street
