It's a BRAND NEW DAY for Peter Parker. Fighting crime full-time as Spider-Man in a world that doesn't remember him -- and the pressure of seeing his old friends move on without him -- sparks a change in Peter he may not have the power to control. But that transformation might also be the only thing that can stop a shocking new threat to the city and those he loves -- a powerful villain no one can even see. The world may have forgotten Peter Parker, but he hasn't forgotten them.

Even as the overstuffed plot ventures into dark territory, Spider-Man: Brand New Day is a lot of fun, but it's predicated on the notion that even a Spider-kid who's been artificially kept a teenager for six decades needs to grow up.

Brand New Day is a messy but largely successful attempt at remembering what makes Spider-Man special: that his greatest battle isn’t about villains, but the balance between his humanity and his job as a superhuman.

Brand New Day is another good-bordering-on-very-good Spider-Man movie, but we haven’t had a great one in a while now.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day gets back to the human core of Peter Parker, delivering an intimate, heartfelt story without sacrificing the spectacle. It’s a thrilling reminder of what makes Spider-Man one of Marvel’s most enduring heroes.

Cretton has managed to graduate a teen franchise into something more adult, and more emotionally complex. The film brings together numerous characters dealing with grief, loss and loneliness, and lets them help each other climb out of it.

Loved this movie! Would have been 5stars if they made clear who the true antagonist was within the film and lackluster cameos of villains that I thought were going to be part of the story

Definitely another fun movie, punisher portrayal was a hard needle to thread with the lightheartedness of Spider-Man, but they did a great job
