The turtles face a new challenge when Shredder escapes from custody and joins forces with Baxter Stockman, a mad scientist who plans to use a serum to take over the world. Along for the ride are Bebop and Rocksteady, two dimwitted henchmen who provide plenty of muscle. Luckily, the turtles have their own allies in April O'Neil, Vernon Fenwick and Casey Jones, a hockey-masked vigilante. As the pizza-loving heroes prepare for battle, the notorious Krang also emerges to pose an even greater threat.

The Ninja Turtles aren't engaging characters, in part because the motion-capture tech used to animate them will once again send chills down your spine, entering the Uncanny Valley of mutants, and in part because they're poorly written.

Esta sequela até tenta corrigir o tiro em relação ao primeiro filme, abraçando de forma assumida o espírito do desenho animado clássico dos anos 80. No entanto, o filme desmorona-se rapidamente devido a um argumento caótico, piadas infantis que raramente funcionam e um vilão visualmente grotesco. É um festival barulhento de efeitos digitais exagerados que cansa depressa e falha em entregar uma história minimamente interessante.

I absolutely loved this movie; it kept me entertained the whole time. My wife wasn't a TMNT fan, but she loved it, and now she is! I love this movie 1000/10, I highly recommend it! Cowabunga

I remember being 4 and getting the dvd for this movie and watching it on repeat every day while playing with the toys like the garbage truck or the technodrome and loving every bit of it. 10 years later i still find this film incredibly fun and exciting and if your a Tmnt fan this film while having a few problems will always be a comfort film of mine.

This was atrocious. YOU HAVE TO DO THE CHARACTERS JUSTICE, MICHAEL! This movie completely BUTCHERED my boys Be-bop and Rocksteady. THEY WERE SO STUPID IN THIS! Oh, Turtles are in our plane? Well, let me use this tank to blow them into oblivion WHICH COULD ALSO DAMAGE THE PLANE THAT I'M IN! UH HUH HUH HUH!

Synopsis
