Chainsaw-wielding maniac Leatherface (Bill Johnson) is up to his cannibalistic ways once again, along with the rest of his twisted clan, including the equally disturbed Chop-Top (Bill Moseley). This time, the masked killer has set his sights on pretty disc jockey Vanita Stretch Brock (Caroline Williams), who teams up with Texas lawman Lefty Enright (Dennis Hopper) to battle the psychopath and his family deep within their lair, a macabre abandoned amusement park.

The Buzz is Back! The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986) **** THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE 2 is nowhere near as frightening as the original, but its outrageous black comedy, gruesome Tom Savini effects, and deliriously over-the-top 80s vibe make it an enjoyable experience on a rewatch. The Sawyer family’s grotesquely elaborate underground lair is a fantastic piece of production design, while Bill Moseley’s Chop-Top and Dennis Hopper’s unhinged performances provide plenty of memorable moments. It’s a very different beast from the original, but as a gory, darkly funny 80s horror-comedy, it’s solid entertainment. SEE LETTERBOXED FOR FULL REVIEW

O terror dos anos 70 dá lugar ao dos anos 80. Sintético, pós-humano, obcecado por vingança. Um filme doentio e crucial, a carta envenenada de Hopper para Hollywood após seu Waterloo, voltando ao seu momento de glória e transformando a ascensão social, que era um aspecto fundamental da maioria dos filmes de terror dos anos 70, no tema real do filme.

Just as good, if not better, than the original. I love the dark comedy route that Tobe Hooper goes for and Bill Moseley as Chop Top is one of my favorite horror villains of all time

Entertaining. Over-the-top horror/comedy movie. This sequel is less serious and less scary than the first one. It's a gory madness. Popcorn film and great if you're in the mood for some slashing fun. If you can't stand the genre, this won't help you to like it, not even a bit.

Omg Texas chainsaw massacre part 2 is one of my fav in the franchise I couldn’t stop watching this movie but the characters were crazy but I don’t care about that this is my number 1 movie in the franchise.
