With its strongly disturbing material and palpable emotional undertow, this is something of an undiscovered gem, and well worth seeking out.

This is a horror film... As such, the audience are always waiting in anticipation for the moment where it truly embraces the genre... sadly ends too abruptly to be truly satisfying.

Thoughtful in its character buliding... but in saying so it seems to drown out the most important character which is Shelley, you know the cleaning lady. You know, the title? The Cleaning Lady?

If you're a natural empath, you still may invite a scarred young woman into your apartment after seeing this movie but, please, make sure to get rid of all the plastic wrap in your home before you do.

I thought this film was great. A very good horror film, but the ending was very abrupt. Felt we needed more story before the film ended, but am guessing the ending is open for a sequel. I enjoyed the film very much nonetheless.
