Cerezo and Gómez know what they’re doing, and for those who do like their genre fare challenging, or want their scares to be combined with something intellectually substantive, this vile gem gets the job done.

Interesting but not highbrow, that's for sure.

“The Passenger” doesn’t quite transcend its basic creature-feature premise, yet it does make getting to a familiar destination more fun than many a similar enterprise has managed.

Ultimately, The Passenger makes itself passive to its characters’ reality, and in turn, renders us passive observers of the outcome.

Slimy, squelchy and with an extra helping of ick, the body horror effects are reminiscent of ’80s style viscera with a Rob Bottin-style flare for extra-terrestrial dramatics.

The Passenger offers an entertaining ride, with heart and humor. However, as the action unfolds, some viewers might find it tiresome due to its repeated schema

Watchable movie. First 30 minutes is boring but then it picks up. A lot of things dont make sense, the monster is able to magically appear in different spots at different speeds. It can kill them any time it wants to but it doesnt, plot armor is strong in this movie. Aside from that its not as bad as all the horror movies out there and its not as boring and slow either, its entertaining.

After about a half an hour, I gave up watching this movie- all the characters were just too annoying for me to continue any longer. Especially the man.

Just enough wacky humor and crazy alien gonzo weirdness to make this an eminently watchable movie.
