Monica B @Chartreusea Jun 27 The problem was too much Keanu- who was miscast, it's not his role, and not enough Jim Belushi and Zellweger- who really are very talented actors- it's a typical courtroom drama and you expect to be suprised- but there isn't enough back story to justify their ending- so it falls pretty flat. It's good enough to watch, and with good acting, to continue. Keanu can be good sometimes, but when he's miscast- he doesn't look good at all- unfortunately for him. See more John A @RT37217148 07/08/2025 Of its type, courtroom procedural, it was not overly dramatised and could seen as a bit slow - but, it kept my attention and interest as the possibilities unfolded. Quite a few top critics have been harsh, more likely trying to appear clever and cynical. It would be too undramatic and cerebral for some of the average viewers.
