Thanks to a charming cast and infectious energy, Troop Zero is more than the sum of its instantly familiar parts.

Funny, truthful and touching but never saccharine, this brilliantly cast family movie written by Lucy Alibar (Beasts of the Southern Wild) is one of the most delightful things streaming anywhere.

Although Troop Zero has moments of whimsy and charm, its characters are sketched so thinly that it might be difficult for audiences to connect.

Cloying, very cutesy, and very exhausting.

Jim Gaffigan is revelatory here as Christmas's father, who clearly never imagined himself as a single dad yet whose love for his daughter is never questioned

Bert & Bertie's new comedy is such a disarmingly sweet film, you might need a few insulin shots to recover from it.

Definitely an enjoyable movie that could be appreciated by all ages. Allison Janney does a great job portraying a snotty authority figure and the underlying theme of misfits and underdogs coming together and succeeding is well done.

What a wonderful story -- told by an amazing cast! I loved it and will watch Troop Zero again and again, as I promote it to, and share it with my friends and family.

Lovely film, great story and brilliant acting, also from the children. It’s got sad undertone to it, as the main character grieves the loss of her mum and it portraits inequality and poverty in the US, but it’s got great energy and many funny moments.
