For a movie that doesn't quite know what it's trying to say about violence, it sure knows how to say it with vigor.

A nasty little piece of B-movie trash that lacks both the verve to grab you as a guilty pleasure and the artistry to be taken seriously as a dramatic thriller.

Emile Hirsch and Zoe Kravitz, as strangers thrown together by a violent incident, enjoy an easy chemistry here, encouraging viewers to forget the menace that starts the story and, with startling violence, will end it.

Be warned. It goes all Taxi Driver at the end. Which will be jarring for some but thrillingly right for others.

Underwhelming and underdeveloped, everything about what should have made this story dark and edgy - the material is all there is no doubt about that - falls disappointingly flat instead.

After flashing some imaginative style and attitude, this ultraviolent crime thriller devolves into a routine tale of outsider romance and revenge.

Boring, nothing interesting, nothing new, actress is good in everything she plays & ending is satisfying, those are the only real highlights of this movie.

A great slowburn character study that explodes in the third act. Wonderful performances by Emory Cohen and Zoe Kravitz

There isn't enough to make you care about the characters or their situation.

A gory and violent revenge thriller that lacks the proper execution. Vincent N Roxxy has a compelling premise but not the right script, acting, or climax to do it justice. The love story which is supposedly the heart of this movie is bland and uninspired although Hirsch and Kravitz had the chemistry to pull it off. There are just too many wrongs and not enough rights to forgive the cliches in this underdeveloped B-movie.
