Even if you're not a fan of 80s music, just the cultural viewpoint of this film -- the way it represents how China was then, and how do you put on a rock concert for people who can't clap along? -- is fascinating.

10 Days in China is not made specifically for Wham! fans, although the gig footage showcases the band at their exuberant ‘Careless Whisper’ and ‘Freedom’-era peak. Where it really sings is in revealing the unexpected legacy of this legendary tour.
