Ally Darling (Anna Faris) is realizing she's a little lost in life. Her latest romance has just fizzled out, and she's just been fired from her marketing job. Then she reads an eye-opening magazine article that warns that 96 percent of women who've been with 20 or more lovers are unlikely to find a husband. Determined to turn her life around and prove the article wrong, Ally embarks on a mission to find the perfect mate from among her numerous ex-boyfriends.

Critics Consensus

The comic timing of Anna Faris is sharp as always, but it's wasted away in this predictable, boilerplate comedy.

Ally may start out as your typical bubble-headed man-chasing twenty-something dolt but, thankfully, underneath the surface she turns out to be a heck of a lot more than that.

The film's satirical jabs at people addicted to Facebook and Twitter raises a few smiles in what is otherwise a straight-to-cinemas DVD release.

Still, it's hard to dislike any vehicle for Faris -- the slob's Marilyn Monroe -- with her gift for dejection and her pliable face, which is like a hastily drawn cartoon.

It's hard to detect, in my eyes at least, anything here that is terribly new or exciting about this movie.

Rotten Tomatoes will not let me post my review. It keeps saying that it has something in it that doesn’t stand up to their standards not quite sure what it is. I’ve rewritten it three times so sorry that you can’t get a legitimate review from me on this Film.

⭐ Nota final: 5,5 / 10
