David Z @RT91263418 03/19/2025 Loved the Amish background, a setting right here in the U.S. but unknown to most of us. The type of extremely conservative Amish portrayed (Schwartzentruber) allows a radical distinction to be made between them and another more caring sect which Levi and his family ultimately join. It's a love story, but it's set in real Ohio history to allow viewers actually to learn something as well as to be entertained. See more Mark D @moviejunkiemark 02/20/2023 It was just okay. The acting was a bit better than I thought it would be. But the storyline was very predictable. The editing was like something out of the 1940s. And the music was very schmaltzy. Okay entertainment.
