It's supposedly about a superhero dog who is helpful and compassionate, but it's really an awfully mean-spirited, terribly made, cat-hating movie that tries to make animal abuse look like comedy, among other flaws in this misguided mess.

The movie kept my autistic daughter captived for the whole of her first movie in a theater! The story was cute and easy to follow the action was exciting but didn't induce a seizure and it had comedy, thrills, sweet moments, etc. I would definitely recommend it for kids and adults!

This movie was pretty terrible for the genre. The cat was TOO MUCH, and the president was way too awful to even ponder in this fantasy. The mean alien child was so bad that there was just no balance of good in the movie.

Good beginning and ending. Middle dragged a bit. Music was way too loud. Liked the message that if you believe, you can do anything! Grandkids enjoyed Charlie.
