05/26/2010 In the tradition of wandering samurai films comes Kibakichi. The twist? He's also a werewolf. We learn of Kibakichi's past when he comes across a village of yokai (demons/monsters) trying to find their place in a world that wants to destroy them. When they are betrayed, Kibakichi unleashes his fury in a combo of classic samurai style and monster movie mayhem. It's a low budget movie, but that is part of its charm. It has a compelling and unique story and is worth a look. See more 06/06/2009 It started off promising, and then just didn't make sense story wise. Low budget but still well worth checking out if your into Asian cinema.
