Stephen C @bob25009 Jun 16, 2025 Success in 1 hour and 16 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated R for Violence and Language Throughout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See more Jens B @Jens97 Sep 6, 2024 There are evenings when you just want to watch Sonny Chiba beat up a bunch of opponents (with the occasional absurdly over-the-top burst of violence included). The story – whatever, the characters – mostly irrelevant; it's all about the fighting, breathing exercises, and booming sound effects. Good stuff! See more Ęxçëşș M @ExcessMale Jan 5, 2023 Leans a bit more into the exaggerated cartoonish physical violence that is reminiscent of Looney Tunes but overall this middle chapter of an unsung trilogy is a playfully self-aware and slyly directed martial arts affair. See more Marc Z @TKDLife Aug 22, 2021 This is part continuation and part sequel to The Street Fighter. The story is more convoluted-harder to follow. The dubbing is horrendous. The appeal is more gritty Sonny Chiba action in the role that made him super famous. Some good fights. Not as boldly violent as the predecessor. Some great looks at Karate training and weapons. Sonny Chiba fans ad a half a star. See more May 9, 2019 The goofy sidekick is a little much, but it's still good fun. As Sonny has to take on the Mafia with his brand of cartoon violence. See more Aug 5, 2016 Sonny Chiba is back in this sequel to the seminal martial arts grindhouse action film "The Street Fighter." In this Sequel Terry Tsurugi takes on the Yakuza, but he's saddled with a very goofy female partner, who really drags the movie down. The fights here are still brutal and savage and likely equal the original film, but the comic relief is what really made me not like this film as much. See more Read all reviews
