"Pine Street" is nicely atmospheric without succumbing to the usual cliches of spooky production design or false gotcha scares. Go to Full Review

Nov 22, 2020 Very, very amateur. And women that pregnant tend to be engorged. See more Jul 17, 2020 Total waste of time, bad acting. See more Apr 15, 2020 It was terrible , the story is unexplained . See more Jan 10, 2020 I thought some of the effects were actually great. But my God the woman who played the mother is an atrocious actress. Thats partly the directors fault too, for even letting her attempt to act. See more May 13, 2019 Low budget little horror flick that is unexpectedly effective. The pacing, background music set decor and lighting team up to create a high tension atmosphere without the need for jump scares or gore. If ghosts and demons exist (and I believe they do) and, if it was YOU they were targeting, this seems exactly the way it would all go down, with everyone else calling you crazy, knowing that you’re not. Some of the acting is horrible however, hence the 3.5 stars. See more May 22, 2018 Among the ruins of The House on Pine Street, a clever viewer can handily spin out what three writers and two directors apparently could not: a coherent story and a satisfying ending, though several possibilities are left to die in the house's curiously dustless shadows. The ghosts who haunt this house left the place furnished, well lit, and except for a few cracks, neat as a pin. Nevertheless, Emily Gross stares slack-jawed at slamming doors, mysterious knocks and dark figures for nearly two hours, and the rest of the cast stares blankly, ominously back like ghostly extras from Rosemary's Baby. The only thing horrifying about The House on Pine Street Is it never ends. See more Read all reviews
