Emileo C @RT29834385 1 day ago Suspiria is a great film. Based on the movie, it really depicts a lot of horror in it. Beucase it shows a lot of what's going on when she participates in ballet with her femininity. This really expressed my own personal feelings from her own perspective of hearing weird noises throughout the movie. This is a must-watch thriller film if you're into the horror genre. See more Timothy T @tntompkins27 2 days ago I absolutely adored the way the color is used in this film. Everything from the saturation of various colors (particularly red) really invokes an almost dreamlike atmosphere that blends incredibly well with Suspiria’s tone. I can’t say I’m very familiar with  Luciano Tovoli’s work as a cinematographer but he really killed it here. See more Cherish H @RT08966500 Oct 1, 2026 I watched this movie a couple of years ago and recently watched it again, and my impression of this movie is the same: a good movie. Before I watched the movie the main reasons were that it is a scary movie and the ballet. When watching it, I had to remind myself it was made in the 70s and the different way they used to film movies compared to today. This did play a part in the scariness of the movie for me but a movie that I was okay with watching again. See more Aidai T @ayiii Sep 30, 2026 I think Suspiria is a very colorful and scary horror movie. I liked the strange music, bright colors, and creepy ballet school because they made the movie feel like a nightmare. The story was sometimes confusing, but the atmosphere kept me interested. I also liked how the school looked beautiful but had a dark secret. Overall, it was a creative and disturbing film. The story follows Suzy, a young dancer who arrives at a mysterious ballet school and slowly discovers that something supernatural is happening there. The violence is shocking, but the movie’s colorful style makes it feel almost unreal. I also liked how the school seemed beautiful on the outside but hid something terrifying underneath. See more Ashamatronic H @Ashley_Howard Sep 25, 2026 Something about the score was really unsettling to me, especially the moments with the heavy drums and the vocalist hitting the higher notes. Making the murder scenes especially unsettling despite the older effects. The overall style of the film feels like if Tim Burton had more color, more graphic violence, and no Danny Elfman to lighten the mood. I'm not a fan of this movie in the same way I don't like A Quiet place because of how well it executes its premise and unsettles me. So I think it's worth a watch to anyone that's a fan of stylistic horror or thriller. See more Teddy B @RT90521672 Sep 15, 2026 A candy-coated fairy-tale nightmare, starring Argento's remarkable visual eye above any cast member or admittedly thin plot beat. See more Read all reviews
