Because there's no story and no narrative justification for what is going on, it's hard to get invested in any fight, especially if you aren't a fan of either anime. But even fans of these properties will likely get very little out of this exercise.

Baki Hanma vs Kengan Ashura provides an hour of exactly what it promises: intense, adrenaline-fueled battles that fans of both series will appreciate.

Although most of its battles are explosive and madcap, it's hard not to feel a tinge of disappointment at how safely this crossover plays its dream matches.

A rather ambitious crossover between Baki Hanma and Kengan Ashura. Even though the concept is interesting with some decent fight sequences, it ended up leading to a rather rushed and disappointing conclusion.

If you only hate this movie due to the power scaling between baki and kengan characters, then you're simply wrong.

Stupid and pointless. Ending is predictable and unsatisfying. Save your time.

Both shows are good by themselves (though I'm a much bigger fan of Kengan) but combined this was terrible. Animation was poor, conflict felt rush and boring, and the ending was horrible. This wasn't needed at all.
