Rhina V @Rhina Dec 28, 2025 I Loved it! This film was a pleasant surprise! It included a combination of themes I wasn’t expecting to find all under one umbrella. Spirituality, Action, Social Consciousness, Women Empowerment and Latinidad. We need more stories like this! The cinematography is beautifully crafted, using light, shadow, and framing to reflect the protagonist’s courage, intuition, and transformation. What truly sets this film apart is its approach to women’s safety. It offers a perspective that is both empowering and deeply resonant, inviting viewers to reflect rather than recoil. With its strong pacing, compelling narrative, and immersive visual style, De La Cruz stands out as a bold and unforgettable cinematic experience that stays with you in all the right ways. This movie made me laugh, cry, and cheer as we watched the trajectory of this endearing high school student. Well written, exceptionally casted, breathtaking visuals, and action packed. Can’t wait for Michael Baez to put out the sequels. This is a feel-good inspiration. See more R T @RT08664895 Sep 19, 2025 This movie is definitely a movie you don't want to miss.It has everything. Suspense adventure and comedy. But what is more important is the fact that it shows how women have power power and we need to use it to stand up for ourselves. I've seen this movie on several platforms, including at movie theaters when it was first shown.I'd see this movie again and again it's that good!!
