With innocent victims caught in the crossfire in Los Angeles' intensifying war on crime, both cop John Spartan (Sylvester Stallone) and violent thug Simon Phoenix (Wesley Snipes) are sentenced to a state of frozen incarceration known as "CryoPrison." When Spartan is finally thawed 36 years later, it's 2032, and Los Angeles is now a pacifist utopia called San Angeles. But with Phoenix again on the loose, Spartan must team up with future cop Lenina (Sandra Bullock) to apprehend the killer.

If you are a fan of the 90's sci-fi, alternate future films, this is a MUST see. With strong performances from the cast, is has comedic timing, action, and is an all-around fun experience.

The movie was dumb. The acting was over the top in a negative way. Rambo meets Teletubbies. There wasn’t one character I liked. Even the villain was boring. Sci-fi action thriller giving it 1.5 out of five stars. Don’t watch.

Greetings from Lithuania. "Demolition Man" (1993) is a film that I haven't liked originally upon its release, but came to like during the years very much. That is in part due to its spectacular release on 4K UHD by Arrow Videos. Colors were terrific, and level of detail really surprised me. I have enjoyed this movie very much and this release is must for everyone who enjoyed this movie before. Terrific quality 4K disk that even has Dolby Atmos. There are two version on the disk - US version and International. The film itself is fun, entertaining, well paced, and funny. It kind of doesn't take itself very seriously, and help. There is plenty of action and humor as well. Overall, one of rare films that got a complete 180 percent on my during the year. Came to appreciate it much more.

One of my top 5, if not top 3 movies of all time. Quintessential 80's action schlock boiled down and condensed into pure joy and fun. Wesley Snipes plays a fantastic villain, Sylvester is as perfect an action hero as you can get, one-liners galore, and a setting that gets better the more absurd their "future" predictions become in real life. I have watched this move at least a few dozen times and i certainly will watch it a few dozen more. Be well!

Synopsis
