Anthony H @RT06166433 Feb 1, 2025 I thought I'd seen all the film versions of this story then this popped up on TV and It was quite good. Hemmings plays Jekyll as a pompous old doctor and Hyde as a younger, charming, nasty piece of work with a good supporting cast including one of my favourite actors, Ian Bannen. Don't expect it to be true to the book, lots of licence is taken but it doesn't make the film less enjoyable. It was made for TV originally and reminds me of the Jack the Ripper two parter Michael Caine did for TV some years ago. Well worth a watch. See more Read all reviews
