The fourth movie in the long-running anime franchise brings quirky fun to a bad year for superheroes. You're Next is most definitely not for newcomers, but devoted fans will get a major kick out of its wit and intensity.

Where it differentiates itself is in its relentlessly insane character design, which inspires equal parts awe and laughs – although the film’s attempt to jam dozens of characters into the action is a clear-cut case of quantity over quality.

With its uneven animation, groan-worthy dialogue, and an array of one-dimensional villains, You’re Next feels like it’s going out of its way to let you know it’s unnecessary.

way to many flashbacks. Fight starts, flashback, fight, fight ends, flashback... the flashback for one of the demons was atleast 30 to 45 min long... thats literally my only complaint.
