Featuring a terrific performance by Ryan Barton-Grimley in the lead role, Repatriation is a modest indie film worth seeking out. Go to Full Review Gary Goldstein Los Angeles Times Nov 2, 2017
Writer-director Douglas Mueller's tedious drama "Repatriation" seems unsure of what it wants to say or how to say it - much less how to effectively shoot or edit it. Go to Full Review Read all reviews

Jul 3, 2019 Chad Taylor comes back to his old town after serving in the army for a while. He catch up with old friends at bars all over town and get's on to a girl that knew him way back. This is a unknown indie film and kind of a miss for me. The acting is horrible most of the time. I never really care, and all the talking seem cheap and uninteristing. As the guy get drunker, the film turn worse and you can tell it's pretty amatour-ish. The music, the development, the characters. It's not authentic even in a pretty straight forward setting like this is. It gave me "The Room" vibes at times. 3 out of 10 uniforms.
