Ten minutes into She Hate Me I knew it was a bad film, 20 minutes in I knew it was offensively -- to its audience -- poor, 30 minutes in I began to wonder how it was that the producers hadn't pulled the plug on it when they saw the rushes.

[The] ending is wincingly clichéd and offensive. Nevertheless, the film's spin on new queer families and fearless reassessment of the African American male is engaging and alive. Good to see Spike doing the right thing.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the 2021 sequel "I Love It, But It Scares Me" to watch... A simple and light pastime…

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, a história é fraca, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e mais relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom.
