To me it was very refreshing, the guy who got this script signed of to make and receive budget is an amazing pitcher, because its weird as concept. In reality they made a very original, funny and touching artwork. I watched it with a big smile and would recommend any friend. Its depth is masterfully balanced with the physical comedy (one of the best I have ever witnessed), and while you laugh you start to think, to understand, that the movie is not a lighthearted walk in the park having a laugh with friends, but a story that gives you questions to think about. And those are the best stories, those that remain. The way in which a beautiful dream is distorted and twisted and ends up being seen as a contorted abomination near the end is the apex of an emotional story that, if seen with watchful eyes, will gift you with a deep emotional journey into what love truly is. This movie isn't without its faults but it definitely deserves 5 stars for its somewhat charming and absolutely bonkers plot snd execution. Props to the actors for putting themselves out there, but this thing is rough. It you are young and finding yourself, you might find the emo soundtrack and juvenile pop psychology right up your alley. See more Monica L. @SoCalGalMo May 27 Well this was definitely a different kind of movie. I had a real hard time getting through the first 10 minutes with all the "sounds", but I persevered. One of my favorite parts of the movie is around minute 53. There's a montage. You've got to turn on the subtitles to read the lyrics to the song. It's hilarious!! The other part that I like is that it starts the same way as 'Castaway' with Tom Hanks. And I love that the character is named Hank Thomson.
