Critics Consensus

It's undermined by distracting and unnecessary CGI, but this heartwarming Call of the Wild remains a classic story, affectionately retold.

The way the story was told was excellent and Harrison Ford was the best actor for the part he played. Great movie!

Breathtaking scenery. Cast portrayal of characters was realistic and Buck the dog stole the show. Loved this movie!
