Five friends set out on one last adventure along Thailand's stunning coast, eager for a final thrill before life in the real world begins. They sign up for a guided swim through a remote cave system known as The Devil's Mouth, a natural wonder that's as breathtaking as it is unforgiving. Deep inside the labyrinth of narrow waterways, their journey takes a terrifying turn when they discover that a freak storm the week before flooded the caves with sea life. The creatures died in the fresh water, but something survived... and it's hunting them now--fast, silent, and deadly. Every corridor they round is overflowing with anxiety, and every wrong turn becomes a deadly encounter. As panic spreads and their sense of direction slips away, the group begins to fracture. Trust erodes, fear takes over, and survival becomes a savage game. In the suffocating darkness, every choice could be their last as they learn that to make it out alive, sacrifices must be made.

It’s the shark’s appearances, surprisingly, that lack bite. Denied a point of view or much in the way of a closeup, the CG killer never feels a particularly distinctive or palpable presence, while its lunges take on a fairly predictable pattern.

When she's getting surrounded by jellyfish, I thought it would be a great, tense movie. But then they transitioned to a bad cave set and a terrible shark and it...sunk.

A bit of scary then hilarious, the shark looked more like a muppet’s character when it was allegedly lunged up out of the water a few times at nothing in particular as well it was meant to be a Bull shark and as far as I know they can’t breach? Plus it had already eaten a lot so it wouldn’t be hungry for more human flesh. Characters were fun but predictable. If you like a little scary stuff with a few good giggles you will like this. 🤣

Another shark movie in the books and I must say I enjoyed this one. The whole cave claustrophobic feel is what is terrifying and then add a shark in the mix oh hell no. The characters albeit annoying at times were good and the performances were good. There was one death that hit me the hardest as far as shock and aww goes. I would drown right away in this movie cause I can't swim lol. Tim Treakle

I enjoy watching movies. I’ve seen great, good, okay, bad.. but this was terrible. I’ve never wanted a character to die as much as I wanted Max to die. Most enjoyable part of the movie.

I just watched The Devil's Mouth, and if you love shark thrillers, this is an absolute blast. It delivers exactly what it promises: pure, fast-paced popcorn entertainment.The best part is the gorgeous backdrop. The cave explorations and stunning Thai excursions are beautifully shot, making you feel like you are on an exotic vacation right before the chaos hits. Once they enter the cave system, the atmosphere shifts into a claustrophobic nightmare.The movie is on the shorter side with a very simple plot. I was hoping for more backstory on how a massive bull shark got trapped inside that specific freshwater pool. The lack of explanation feels like a missed opportunity.However, what it lacks in story, it makes up for in suspense. Focusing on one shark in a tight space maximizes the dread and underwater tension. It skips the filler and gets straight to the action. If you want a fun, exciting creature feature, I highly recommend it! 🦈🍿
