It is a really odd movie. I enjoyed it, but I could also see why it has fallen by the wayside. Go to Full Review Clyde Gilmour Maclean's Magazine Nov 11, 2019
Betty Grable is still as shapely as any of her younger rivals. The story, about a showgirl with two legal husbands, is awfully scrawny. Go to Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews Jun 22, 2007

It catches the leggy 39-nine-year old Betty Grable near the end of her fifteen year run as a headliner. Go to Full Review Read all reviews

Alpine A @RT04460885 Mar 13, 2026 I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and laughed through most of it. It’s about what I’m sure was fairly common, a woman marrying after her husband died in war. Her original husband returns and she’s not so sure she wants to go back to that traditional marriage. Women are now empowered and the guys left behind have had to work to impress the now independent women. It’s funny to watch how frustrated the guys are and how satisfied she is. Switcherooni !
