Tony M @Ohioguy440 Sep 14, 2026 I always liked Tyler Perry. It was always a safe pick for a laugh. But last couple were cringey and now this i couldn’t even get passed 10 minutes. Very racist profound and try way to hard to be funny. And failed miserably. I wonder if the colors were switched if Netflix could even publish it. I mean they even made the black community look bad. The chimney scene was just stupid. I’m not woke I’m not non of that nonsense. Over done. See more Benjamin C @saulgoodman67 Aug 27, 2026 I mean it’s okay. Joe is personally my favorite character so it was nice seeing him a lot more. But other than that it’s just okay. I saw this movie when it came out on Netflix, but I forgot to do my review on it and freaking funny this movie was just a good time. Joe was obviously the best I give it a 8.5 out of 10. See more Ricardo G @RT10343031 May 2, 2026 I loved the way the message of the movie was conveyed, about how the land is a legacy that we should always value and protect, since it is part of our lives. I liked the part where the father and son connect after having so many problems and misunderstandings. I think that’s the main message of the film: being aware of the damage we can do to our family or environment if we don’t pay attention to what we have. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good movie with a nice reflection on forgiveness. It excites me when movies leave me with that sense of reconciliation. See more Read all reviews
