Melissa M @Lisey Jul 28, 2026 This movie got a lot of mixed reviews mostly bad. In count of Madonna squeaky voice. And over the top acting. Madonna's come a long way since then. A movie that cat lovers would definitely enjoy. The parts with Murray the lovable wildcat Louden trout has transport to a eccentric millionaire is hilarious. The soundtrack is pretty awesome. In the film Nikki Finn serves 4 years in jail for crime she didn't commit. She spends most of the movie trying to clear her name. Louden it's kind of a guy that lives on a schedule. He is ordered to do an easy task put Nikki on the bus back to Philly. It seems simple enough. But there are a lot of shenanigans along the way. Louden starts out as mild by the end of the movie he's wild & adventurous. The concept for the film is not original. Some parts of the movie are over the top & beyond ridiculous. However it's still a fun, campy, humorous movie. Full of action, comedy, & with A Little romance even from Murray. Griffen Dunne really put in a excellent straight man performance. I don't know how much work went into the scenes with Murray the cat, but they are hilarious. Then there's Madonna, who is not only funny but gorgeous in every way. Really enjoyed it. See more J1gsaw P. @j1gsawpupp3t Aug 29, 2025 Love this flick… it’s nostalgic for me. I enjoy the quirkiness of the character Morin’s plays and love the happy ending. See more Wade D @Jyrow Aug 16, 2025 A really funny movie even if it is a little cheesy. I think her outfits were a little bit nuts and if she had better chemistry with the lead, I think the movie would’ve done better. They should’ve had her and some of the other actors dial back a little bit on the overacting. But there were a lot of other 80s movies that were a lot worse with the overacting in them. Overall I enjoyed the movie. Madonna always received negative reviews from her movies and critics. But Who’s That Girl wasn’t that bad. Definitely has a cult following now. A fun watch. Highly recommend. See more Read all reviews
