Wildflower is a hilarious big-hearted celebration of family in all its variety. A coming-of-age film about growing up too fast and slowing down just enough to recognize one's good fortune.

Critics Consensus

Wildflower benefits from its appealing ensemble cast, but their efforts aren't quite enough to distinguish this middling coming-of-age story.

The characters in this film... too often feel like their dialogue and behavior has been cut-and-pasted from other quirky indie dramedies.

A terrific cast can only do so much with superficial, maudlin material in the coming-of-age dramedy “Wildflower.”

... A warm, sincere, and, above all, intimate film. [Full review in Spanish]

A beautiful biopic that highlights that we must be proud of who we are and where we come from. [Full review in Spanish]

This movie is a celebration of independence and living the best lives possible, no matter the obstacles, and no matter how corny that notion by itself might be.

Excellent acting really anchors the story, which is both unique and endearing.

They walk a thin line with people with disabilities here and it was painful to watch certain situations. Regardless, this was entertaining and had some good moments. Mostly I stopped caring about what was going to happen since it seemed so unrealistic. Saw on amazon.
