Moira I Sep 18, 2022 Good thriller, fine cast See more Sarang S @RT75277350 Sep 19, 2026 I still don't understand why this is rated lower than seven! It's a masterpiece of work by David Lynch with its extremely great casting and storyline it's definitely really enjoyable and amazing movie. Its story was not very pleasing though, and once you get past the initial fun of the thrill, it gets pretty boring. See more Shruti K @RT56463606 Aug 22, 2026 May contain spoilers The movie is incredibly long. The acting and cinematography are excellent, and I appreciate that it is based on real-life events, but the length makes it difficult to follow. I also found it quite anticlimactic. Allen is interviewed in the first half, and even as viewers, it becomes fairly obvious that he is being presented as the Zodiac. After that, Graysmith essentially starts from the beginning and spends the rest of the movie trying to reach the same conclusion. There are also too many characters, anonymous tips, and investigations to keep track of, which makes the story confusing and easy to get lost in.It doesnt even make sense to me why Graysmith is so obsessed with the Zodiac. What is most frustrating is that if different police departments would have communicated and coordinated better, the investigation might have been very different. Overall, as a movie, it did not work for me. 3/10 - too long, too confusing, and ultimately unsatisfying. See more Read all reviews
